yea, the settings in the RX8 are alot diff...there is no current limit but we have punch which is the initial pull of the trigger so if you pull it full throttle it doesnt go 100% and mine is on 1 and still spins so i just leave it low so it dont pull alot of amps and saves batteries and like chucko said...6000mah and 60+ is a must as i have the 6600 nanotechs which are 65c and they get alittle warm but nothing like my 40c 5000mah gens ace so i made the switch and so far im happy. I'll give ya more if you email me for the SCT Pro settings....

Kevin glad to help// set up 80 % current no push. 60 % break. Now I'm talking RX8 I don't have a hobby wing but I hear there great. small track 13 tooth pin large 1/8 scale track 14 15 tooth pin. 0 timing. the 4600 runs better with 0 timing more timing less rpm. weird huh
27.5 oil front 22 rear Im using rcshox valves you might want to give it a try they have a forum here. no droup orange springs rear black front no sway bar front heavy in the rear. battery in center. you need at least a 6000 60 c or better battery to last a 10 min race. tires are very important. walk around see what the fast guys are racing go from there. I like snipers gridirons and enduro's for out door loose wet or lomey tracks any thing else PM me hope this helps
