    my car is a 12l4. your 12l3 will work just fine. i have since changed the config to where i pass the batt under the rear shock and made some standoffs to support the battery there and it works VERY well like that. speedzone has released a 3.7v saddle pack that would fit just fine in your l3. it is the way i am going with my l4. i have a GENXL now that houses that lipo you saw in the picture.

    I saw a pic of your 12 scale car with the 1 cell. What kind of car is it?
    The reason I ask is I have a 12 L3 and I want to put a brushless in it. Just trying to get an idea on how its going to work.
