Can I change the temp setting on my 720i charger. When charging, if my charger even gets slightly warm it shuts down. Even if the sun light is on it a few minutes it will shut off. It even does it when it's not turned on. If I put it in the shade for a few minutes it will start right up. I have a friend with one and his don't do this. Mine has since I got it and I am tired of it. How can I fix this? This is not the new model.

Sounds like it has a faulty internal temp sensor or something. I haven't ever heard of this happening before and it's not something you'll be able to adjust or fix. I'm sorry but Hyperion at this time doesn't offer any repair services and if the charger is over a year old there is no warranty on the unit. If it has warranty on it simply send it back to the place you bought it and they will hook you up with a new unit. But so you know the 0720i DC version has been discontinued and replaced with the 720i AC/DC unit.
