Default Duo 1, discharge at all?

Can the Duo 1 charger do discharging at all?

Yes if you update it it will add the feature but it's only a .3 amp rate. Seeing that it doesn't have the necessary hardware it does it through the balancer at a very low and slow rate. I still have my original DUO and it does work but it very slow. I use a DUO3 at work in my office and the higher rate is so much nicer.
