I have been reading a lot on Maxamps Lipos recently and have read many tests done on them. I have seen some tests with Maxamps performing poorly. A lot of bad reviews on these also. A lot of the reviews were a year or so old. Have Maxamps begun using better cells in their batteries now? Are there any other tests that anyone can link me to that prove the performance of these are as advertised?
Thanks!
EDIT: I am talking about thier Lipos

I am not bashing here or tring to start a bashing thread. I too hope it dont turn into one. I am just tring to get some facts and not just someone sayin "they are good" or "they are bad". I want to see some TEST DATA on my $400 set of batteries. I wanna know if I got what I paid for.
Mine seem to perfom well but I have not used any other set of 11.1v in my truck or ever actually tested them. I am having a couple issues with mine and it just makes me doubt the claims, along with some of the reviews and the other tests (that are about a year old) that I have read make me doubt even further.
So far the customer service (which I am BIG on) has been great, easy to talk to someone. I have not done any returns or anything yet but so far so good. The order went through quickly and got to me quickly. No problems there, I just doubt the quality of the cells used in these batteries.
BTW, I am in Tampa also. Do you ever go to any tracks or meets? I may have met you before, lol.

No one from Maxamps has anything to say about this? Or anyone else for that matter?

Why should I respond here when you have the other thread going? Seems pretty pointless to post the same responses twice. Not to mention you have one main issue and not two.
