i called in before sending back and i was told it was probly a bad cell and to send it back to you guys and i did
yesterday i missed a call from you guys i think
my dad isnt sure it was you guys and caller id screen is broken
so im hoping you guys got the battery in time before the 30 day warentey expires

still no word from him
i have the insurance slip if you want the numbers from it

i sent it back so it would arrive at ur shop before the 30 day warentee would wear out
now you guys have no clue if my battery is their or not

There's only One Josh at the shop. And it's not always easy for us to call when you'd like us to. Also I work from Home in MN so it's not easy for me to find out stuff like this when I don't have Have a full name or even an order number from the original order. And you stated earlier that you were going to call on Wednesday. Apparently you didn't because you couldn't asnswer my question. We deal with hundreds of people each day and it requires both partys to give as much info as possible to resolve issues. You haven't honestly been real clear about things on your end which is making it tuff to find out anything. At this point please call 1-888-654-4450 during regular buisness hours 8 AM to 5 PM Monday Thru Friday. Or PM Me your Full name and addy and I will call Josh on Monday and see if he has seen your old pack yet.

just got battery back today and its still only charging half way
im using a duratrax ice charging at the reccomended 5 amps for the 5000mah 7.4 pack
i use the apachie smart balancer and when i plug it into the lipo it says its 1 cell but i have the 2 cell plug in
im still a bit fustrated but have time to figure it out due to i wont be using rc till spring
hope u guys can tell me what i gotta do
charger is set for lipo
bit dissapointed dont know what to do
might just sell and go back to nimh if i cant figure it out

Try charging it without the balancer. Just the charger only. Then try to balance the pack after it's charged. It sounds like the balancer might be the problem. let me know.

tried it just now...
only charged up by 2mah and then stopped
ill look into a new charger i guess....

If you have a volt meter see what the pack voltage is at. Let me know.
