We are running 1s for batteries and we have been running 13.5 but we have 17.5 that we can switch to. Our 13.5s are old and are about the same as a new 17.5.

i have been wanting to get into on road for a little while now. I came up last year to hang out and watch the last race of the season. I think I might have to start spending a little less time at Trackside. Those F1 cars are looking like a class for me!

Chassis pics. I also discovered yet one more thing I'm bad at, gluing F1 tires. Ah well...

Don't they all end up as "soft" packs? Just a mock up with an airplane batt to make sure everything works. They are 1300 mAh, don't know if that would make it, maybe with a 21.5 it would.

John? Who's John? It's Catalano...Jordan Catalano. Anyway, I prettied up the mess with sandpaper.

Should be painting tonight.

I know 1300 would make it, no problem.

I hope these bodies last a LONG time, cause that was a pain!

Cockpit and a few more detail to do yet.

I've asked Vue to bring s camera of sorts this Sunday...something better than my phone camera.

Looks awesome, wish I had the patience and/or skill to paint like that. It's my understanding, as I have only a two week head start on you, that the bodies last pretty much forever unless you habitually drive like an idiot. Kind of like 1/10 buggy bodies, don't get any real abuse.

And, Tamiya sells separately, those parts that do take punishment - the front and rear wings. The are each sold on a parts tree cheaply.
