It isn't terribly hard to run separate classes in a combined round on RC Scoring & it does seem to work for the most part.
If there is enough to break them out into two separate rounds that's even better.
I can run SCT Stock if it is 13.5, if it is 17.5 then I'm out. I can definitely run SCT Mod .
Granted the stock slash guts were fast enough, if they would have lasted I wouldn't have taken them out...
A flip of the coin will decide if I'll run a Stadium Truck or SC Truck.

I am leaning towards a stock slash class and a mod corr truck class.
Stock means stock...just like it came from the box.
Mod means any brand of corr truck and anything goes.
Just my 2 cents at this point. All classes to run a corr style body and non-foam wheels. Tire additives must be a labled product able to be bought at a hobby store.
We all can have a meeting and discuss it some evening at the track. Let's find a track first.

what, who me?
So the skinny Silverado body or the Chevy Nomad station wagon body is the concern...?
I think there might be a CORR body I like finally out if I took the time to look again.
I'm mostly doing Pre-Running, those are just Pre-Runner bodies...
Mmmmm, I do like the smell of Paragon.

For Mod, anything over 17.5 brushless or the stock motors and you're bumped up. You still have to run the CORR body and CORR stock tires and insterts. You can add hop ups to your hearts desire though.
No 8th scale tires, no after market inserts.

You and Rick are both right in the long run, the first resort will separate them. The problem comes down to the guys who can only afford one RC vehicle. I wouldn't want to put them up against someone running a 10.5. A driver who can run a good line with a 10.5 will stomp a "stock" truck. I'd guess if enough people complain they'll get separated otherwise just run them together. It'll take a couple races to see if there is even a real advantage.
