Is there a RC track venue for drifting ? What would be better for drifting: shaft or belt drive 4WD touring cars?

Have tried worn out slicks on 2wd direct drive kits on parquet floors with good effect

vspec101 11-05-2004 10:30 PM

using your rc on a slippery floor is just like using pvc tires :D

4wd is better for rc drifting... 2wd will make ur car spin alot

you can also try drifting on marble floors/marble tiles using any rubber tires. i tried that sa sala namin nung kinakalikot ko yung yokomo ko. sorex 40 yung tires ko. medyo masikip nga lng. :D

just don't try to trim your steering on it, medyo may kahirapan yun. :D

ULTIMATE DRIFT TIRES

1 Attachment(s)
ETO NA ANG PINOY SOLUTION!!! COURTESY OF YOURS TRULY.

get caps of your WD40 (notice it is 65mm) or the cap of your used engine degreaser (also it is 65mm). Note that your tires are 64mm, (rubbers) CUT THE CAPS in HALF, DREMEL THE MIDDLE WHERE you can fit the tire wrench, NOW FIT IT ON YOUR INSTALLED TIRES. If you have an old tire, its better, or old wheels, better, just CA it or turbo glue it on the tires.

SEE PIC. attached.
