DECEMBER 3 CAPITOL SPEEDWAY REGISTRATION STARTS 9:30 RACE PROPER STARTS AT 10:30 CLASSES ARE: MODIFIED MASTERS -- participants must qualify STOCK MASTERS -- participants must qualify JUNIOR MASTERS -- participants must qualify and MUST confirm their slot OPEN CLASS -- open to the public GENERAL RULES 1. All cars must be 4wd touring cars of no more than 190mm width and must be at a minimum of 1525g in weight. Cars who fail to comply will be disqualified 2. Only regular 4 door touring car bodies will be allowed 3. Only 6 cell SUB C NIMH and NICD cells will be allowed 4. Heats will start as soon as HALF the number of participants are on the stand. NO WAITING (exception will be race organizers) MODIFIED MASTERS SPECIFIC RULES 1. Any motor is allowed. Brushed/Brushless standard 540 size only STOCK MASTERS SPECIFIC RULES 1. Motors will be HANDOUT. I will label/tag/mark the motors. The motors WILL come with HANDOUT brushes which CANNOT be changed under any circumstance (they will be marked as well) 2. The motors will be broken-in, cut prior to distribution. 3. Motors will be distributed at RANDOM 20 minutes prior to first heat. 4. Armatures and brushes as well as bushings MAY NOT be changed. Brush springs may be changed. If for any reason you must change your motor (due to burning or other circumstance); you will forfeit your preceeding heat and will be moved to the back of the grid for ALL succeeding heats. Furthermore, you MUST purchase another new hand-out motor from the organizer JUNIOR MASTERS SPECIFIC RULES 1. Only ROAR LEGAL 27t locked timing 2 magnet motors will be allowed 2. Participants MUST confirm their participantion by Thursday. First come first served, we will accept only 8 racers for this class OPEN CLASS SPECIFIC RULES 1.
