so here are my 2cents for the questions...
1.-2. We all know that for touring suspension, the lower would be the better. it gives more handling performance and a cool look to yhe ride!(since were using trucks) this would also depend sa track na lalaruan. like sa amoranto hi speed, kelangan mababa for aerodynamics which is a big factor. sa technical naman since maraming turns, you need a lil play for the shocks to dampen sharp and sudden turns(biglang liko ba tawag dun..hehe!) theres actually no ONE SETTING for all tracks or car. next would be the max height that the shocks can go. pag take off, kung mashado thin ung shock oil, the nose goes up makin the front wheels lighter thus losing power transfer from wheel to ground. (rebuild rebuild rebuild! ng diffs!) so its better to set a stopper limit inside the shocks shaft or use a thicker shock oil.

3. naku! spur and bell na...dito ako nagkamali last sat. tsktsk
we all know the equations!
a.) bigger CB + smaller spur = more top speed
b.) smaller CB + bigger SPur = more acceleration

the first one is definitely the choice for hi speed tracks.
the second will be best for technical courses. kse mas madali maka ahon from turns and curves. and higher speed on technical courses gives less control right?

and last....i rily dont know...i get drunk on my third bottle of beer so i really dnt remember what happend wid the first and 2nd bottle if it was chilled or warm or whatever! lolz! and mostly spend the first bottle lookin at chicks kaya di ko din napapansin!
