Important
Upon consultation with IFMAR Rep Jack Enrile, JPRaceway owner JP Reyes and Team Hobao Edgar Ngo, I, as race director have decided to make the next race (race no. 7) the last race of the series, thus eliminating race no. 8.
Reasons for my decision is the fact that Ralph Lorenzo has technically won the series with regards to his garnered points; and the declining attendance of racers. Although we still had 19 racers last Friday, there are 43 registered racers in all.
I think that this series has been one of the best attended series for a long time, and I'm sure the next races that will be just as successful.
I invite all 1/8 racers to atend race no.7 as it will also be the awarding night where we will present trophies to the winners and medals to the top 20 racers. We will also be distributing the Series' T-Shirts to those who attended at least 3 races.
JP Reyes has pledged 4 cases of beer and 2 lechons for the final race/ceremony.
