I am a fan of RC Cars . I am in Jubail side ( near Khobar ) . I should have left my cars on Turkey , because thay are ob-road. I need off-road here in KSA .

Where may i find a store ? I know i can use internet . But how about NITRO . It is not legal to carry NITRO on plane . How can i find nitro ?

And I want to join your races to watch and have a fun .

welcome to saudi arabia threads my friend, well its not that easy to find Nitro here and its not allowed to carry model nitro fuel in the airplane. we just buy our fuel in riyadh a hobby shop called the Land Space.

We just started organizing a off road racing here in khobar and we have a race track down in corniche aziziyah beach near to bharain bridge.

Most of the members got a Truggy and Monster Truck like Traxxas Revo, T-Maxx and Tamiya TNX.

as of now we are concentrating on Touring on road racing electric power.

its better to order a kit from internet on line shop like Tower Hobbies and RCMart in hong Hong.

Is there any custom-tax here in KSA . For example we have in Turkey as we could not buy above 100 EURO products without tax .

Also I want to join your races as spectator until I have my car .

I am plannig to buy HPI MT2 or HPI Trophy .

I'm from Jubail too!!!

I have a Traxxas Revo. Our fuel here usually comes from Riyadh and we usually buy parts from the net. Although some parts can be bought from Land Space (Riyadh) but I'm not sure what parts are available.

We have one member here who bought a E-Revo from towerhobbies and he was not taxed.

How long have you been in the Hobby?

I have been using RC onroad cars since 2007 , but I am not a good driver , yet

I am trying to find appropriate off road for me ( buggy ) . HPI mt2 is on top of my list for now on . I am going top buy via net , and riyadh is my address for fuel . Also I heard some stores located on Bahrain ? Is that true ?

Nice to meet you all. I met one guy , surprisingly , from epflying on jubail as well . He was running baja 5t on royal commision corniche . I didnt think there may be rc lovers at that area , i am totally shocked

There is a Hobby Shop in Bahrain. Some of the guys here buy parts from there. I'm not sure though how they bring Fuel from Bahrain to KSA.

I've been eyeing the Baja 5T too. Unfortunately, it's too pricey for my budget.
