anyone here into RC boat? i can hardly find kits or parts here in the philippines :C i have a kyosho bluestreak 800 GP. the kit came with a plastic prop and its getting a bit smaller due to wear. im looking for metal props. does anyone know where i could get it locally?

Waaaaaahhhhhh!!!! sa wakas at meron na rin forum para sa mga boat enthusiast....same scenario here bro... I am looking for kit na gas and dual drive (electric at nitro) na kit.... I already sold my traxxas nitro Vee last year kasi konti na lang ang hobbyist of RC Nitro boat.... san ka ba bro naglalaro ng boat mo? nga pala meron ka ba alam na may parts o nagbebenta ng rc boat na powered by grass cutter engine?

There is a regular sunday group that plays at Bilibid Muntinlupa. Do not worry about retreiving your boats in the middle as there are outiving inmates that the group hire for the day to swimfor them.

They normally run Gas powered Zenoah engine (some call them grass cutter engines). Most of the kits they use are all scratdch built from the fibreglass hullsand T6 Aluminum hardware.

If you are interested in nitro boats,just ask the same group since they might havesome just lying around. (Also scratch built and tuned for racing already)

Yehey RC Boat thread! nabubulok na 3 boats ko dahil walang happening. I have the ABC Hobby Cesa twin motors, the Kyosho HydroJet 750, and the Kyosho Windrush10 airboat. Lahat puro tengga na, walang parts. Lalo na ABC Hobby, but it was all great fun while they lasted. Deep Vee's jumping the big waves and getting monster airtime....Whooaa! and then catching a wave surfing (with throttle) inside the tunnel...whoooosh! and then impaling a life raft filled with kids with the raft exploding and the kids shouting and drowning (bad memories, it really happened to me). sarap mag-reminish. Haay, hanggang reminish na lang.

I want to buy a boat nga (electric) na Deep V hull, and electric... just for bashing talaga -- no plans of racing or whatever. Just want to wile the time away while at the beach with my kids.

Anyone know a seller? I asked sir PitShop, esp about the Traxxas models since distributor siya, but he doesn't carry it daw.

For now, I have a Thunder Tiger sailboat (courtesy of rbboy), and it was lots of fun (and frustration! -- because I know nothing about sailing). That's why I'm looking for electric powered sana (rather than wind powered).

we have a boat group in front of cod cubao we run speedmaster nitro (RB,NOVAROSSI engines) and zenoa gas catamarans, we are active before in racing but now medyo lie low, im not going there at this season but you can go sundays ask for ricky, boni yao, and edsel. happy planing!!

hehehehe nagkawalaan na ang mga grupo.... some transfered to other hobby some migrate to RC cars hehehe isa na ako.... yung traxxas nitro vee ko e ok pa naman except sa motor nya na kailangan na talaga palitannn kaya nga pag pinatakbo ko e sa gas na lang sya uubra at pag namatayan e ndi na to the rescue ang electric motor ko.... ganda pa naman ito noon,,,, noon e wala ako takot mawalan ng gas kasi lam ko e 5 mins pa sa battery.... e yun at grounded na ang boat ko.... Guys lam nyo ba ang store na nagbenta ng grass cutter engine powered boat? tnx and more power

ok na thread ito mga bro! type ko din mag boat rc pero walang makasama. sino ba ang pwedeng tanungin kung ano ang ok gamitin. alam ko may mga gumagawa na daw ng hull locally. anong mga oras ba ang grupo sa muntinlupa at sa cod naglalaro. HELP

Sa wakas may boat forum na rin..im thinking of getting a GP boat too just for bashing and i live in Binan...i might take a peek sa Bilibid to see what boats i can run there..checking out this Kyosho lamborghini C1 cat with .21 nitro and more than 1 meter long but with a ABS plastic hull, also this ABC hobby Windom SP (FRP hull)...what you guys think about these boats? also any comments about the Kyosho Bluestreak 800 GP? i can still see about 2 kits here in Tokyo Champ RC shop (sells Kyosho and ABC hobby kits only). really really want to get my hands on the controls of these things....but just confused what boat to get...need your suggestions....hope this thread will be here for a long time...

parang gusto ko rin nga try ung Kyosho Lamboghini Cat-1 kaso kelangan pa orderin. regarding naman sa Bluestreak 800 GP since eto ung first boat ko i enjoy it naman pero after a while parang nababagalan na ako. one thing i like about this boat is that it has a 290cc fuel tank which gives me at least 30mins per run. tapos ung mga grub screws kinakalawang na nde ko na maalis sana meron stainless or titanium grub screws. sa dagat kasi ako naglalaro ang tapang ng salt water nung first run ko palang wala pang 1 hour kinakalawang na ung grub screws. i don't like the plastic prop im looking for those octura copper props or prather stainless steel props. sabi nila it will add a little speed to the boat. i'll be changing the motor din soon with an OS CVR-MX .18. yan na kasi ung pinakamalaki na kakasya dun sa engine mount. hope i cound find an engine mount for a .21 or .32 engine.

Looking for: electric boat, deep V hull (good for wavy/rough water), like the Traxxas Villain or the Traxxas Blast (Villain EX is nice, but probably out of the budget).
