THAILAND INTERNATIONAL TOURING CAR CHAMPIONSHIP 2006

LOCATION: RADIO CONTROL SPEEDWAY(R C S)
DATE: 17-19 FEB 2006
TRACK: OUTDOOR ASPHALT WITH APEX CORNER
RACERS: WELCOME TO ALL R/C DRIVERS
CLASES: SUPER STOCK 23T MOTOR (HANDOUT)
OPEN MODIFIED CLASS


HOW TO ENTRY?
One driver can participate in those two classes. All frequencies for R/C cars are accepted to be used for race but at least 2 spare frequencies are needed in case of jamming in one class. Entry fee included 3 sets of assembled tire and driver’s party on final day. In each class is limited for 60 drivers (60 Super Stock / 60 Modified). Deadline for entries including entry fees will be 1st February 2006.

RACE SCHEDULE
This Race Schedule is a Provisional Race Schedule as for your planning. The Actual Race Schedule will be posted at the race, kindly recheck again.
Please find below for the following for both classes;
5 minutes race for all.
Three rounds of each group for Free Practice.
Two rounds of each group for Control Practice, the best result will be regroup in Qualify Session.
Five rounds of each group for Qualify Session (after 4th Qualify will be regroup for 5th Qualify)
The best result of total 5 qualifying will be considered into Main A, B, …. In Final Race
3 rounds for Final in Main A will be counted by point. Finish in 1st get 10 point and after 9, 8, 7,… The best 2 from 3 results will be selected for the Winner. If the winner point is equally, the 3rd round of Final will be considered for the Winner.
Main B and C will race in 2 rounds and combine the results for the Winner. Main D, E and F will race only one time for the Winner.

DINING AREA In-House kitchen (Local foods) is ready to serve for all drivers during all three days of the event including drinks and snacks. Also at Service Counter is ready for Take Away foods such Pizzas, Burgers and more… Remember! Eating too much will cause your driving skills….

PIT & PADDOCK There is NO SMOKING in the Pit & Paddock area and also Driver’s Stand. Smoking is allowed outside those areas such as spectator-area, rest room and dining area.
Thank you for your kind co-operation.

There will be tables, chairs and AC 220v (US Plug types) available to all drivers. It is necessary to bring your own connectors and 12V DC power supply. Please note that the space is limited for driver, if you have extra mechanic kindly use same area with you, unless driver race in two classes.

REGULATIONS (additional regulations may be different from IFMAR as follows)
1. Car
1.1 Cars must be Touring Car 4 doors which available in the market and scale 1/10 such as Sedan Car.
1.2 Tyres, motor and battery cannot exceed over the car when view from top.
1.3 The mirror of car must be used bright, clear and smoke color.
1.4 The body of the car must be paints.
1.5 The Headlight in front of the car must be painted or posted by sticker.
1.6 The body can be decorated by wing or spoiler only.
1.7 Body beside the car must be over the doors, behind the car must wide more than 35mm.
1.8 On the body of the car cannot drill a hole, except the following; antenna pipe, body mount and transponder, which are not over 10mm.
1.9 Dimension: Maximum width without body 190mm
Maximum width with body 200mm
Maximum wheelbase 273mm
Minimum height 115mm
Minimum weight (incl. Transponder) 1500g
No Minimum ride height
2. Chassis
2.1 Chassis must have 4 independent suspensions (which separate)
2.2 Chassis in front must not be used hard plastic.
3. Bumper
3.1 Bumper can be used or not used, however should be safe.
3.2 Front and rear bumper cannot exceed over the body.
4. Wing
4.1 Wing or spoiler can be decorated only one at the rear of the car.
4.2 Wing or spoiler must be installed to the body, not to the chassis.
4.3 Dimension: Maximum wing chord   40 mm
Maximum wing width 190 mm
Wing endplates maximum 40 x 25 mm
5. Tyres / Additive and Wheels
5.1 The Tyre-Additive can be used for this event.
5.2 Tyres and wheels hand out from organizer. Only 3 sets can be used.
5.3 For A-main, drivers will receive 2 new sets of assembled tire and have to use those 2
sets of them for Finals (can not use old 3 sets).
6. Drive System
6.1 Four wheel drive only for this event.
6.2 The use of Multiple-speed (2 speeds) transmissions and slipper clutch is not allowed.
7. Batteries
7.1 Battery must be Sub-C size, Ni-Cd or Ni-MH.
7.2 Each cell of battery must be 1.2V and maximum 6 cells/pack = 7.2V.
7.3 Battery must be available in the market and has a brand name.
7.4 Battery aids for servo can be installed, but not function with any systems of driving
power.
8. Motors
8.1 Super Stock 23T Motor
a.) only one HANDOUT 23T MOTOR is allowed to use by each driver for this event. All drivers will receive handout motor in the morning and must return to race organizer daily at the end of the race.
Anyone who fails to return the motor will result “Out of the Race”.
b.) Motor brushes can be changed but the eyelet must be installed by screw only Soldering is not allowed to any part of brushes.
c.) Motor Comm. can be maintenance by Comm. Lathe.
d.) Wires of ESC (Electronic Speed Control) can be soldered to motor.
e.) Diode, Capacitor and Power booster are allowed.
Any modifications that were not described in the regulations (#8.1) are not allowed.
8.2 Modified Motor
a.) Motor will not be supplied by the race organizer.
b.) No limited of turns and type of brushes.
c.) Motor Comm. can be maintenance by Comm. Lathe.
d.) Wires of ESC (Electronic Speed Control) can be soldered to motor.
e.) Diode, Capacitor and Power booster are allowed.
f.) Motor must be available in the market and has a brand name.
All cars must be within the specifications at any time of the race.
(either before or after the run!).

You get the chance to join JMRCA All Japan Touring car Championship held on November 2006.
Top 5 in TITC Open Modified class’s driver can join the race in Japan.
