Kuantan Onroad/Offroad Tracks Info

Can you guys provide me any tracks location, road map & pics for tracks around Kuantan.

Is it a permanent track? Guess it's mostly for EP
Hari Raya is in Nov (approx 6 mths from now).
And am going to Kuantan somewhere mid of June. So thinking to check out the local tracks and LHS in Kuantan.
So do you know any LHS in Kuantan?

Btw, how big is the track? suitable for EP, GP or both coz am not sure whether to bring my EP or GP stuff.
My car is a small car so can only put 1 set of RC stuff in the car boot.
