i already tried Orion 30c, Intellect 3800mah 25c, Intellect 3800mah 35c and Orca 3800mah 35c.

among d above, i found Orca 3800 35c give the best punch followed by Intellect 35c....

Orion 30c only give consistent power output....

Point is battery with higher C rating is better in term of punch. For example if you are running a 5 min heat. This give u the definate advantage cause u can accelerate faster.

For example 35C has more punch than 30C. However if you are into bashing & runtime is your primary concern. You gain more with lower C rating. It all depends on your requirements.

Simple concept is how fast you empty a bucket of water (capacity in mAH). If you have the same bucket with different pouring rate (C).

I am using Team Orion 3800mAH with 30C. So far so good I am happy with it. The dealer recommends me to try TrekPower as they are yet to have order for the other Orion battery I needed. So I take their word for it.

As for TrekPower 4900 battery. I do not recommend buying as the retail price is RM400 above a piece. Although the capacity stated 4900mAH you can charge to 4400mAH. The battery is prone to expand. Symptom is it heats up more than other LiPo.

One time I notice it was pregnent. I did open it up smoke came out & I throw it far away. At least it did not explode & luckily I did not charge it. You may burn your house down with this LiPo .

I have personally used Polyquest, Flightpower and ThunderPower lipos with good experience. I have used Zippy as well but it was abad invesment.

I managed to clock over 60 cycles with Polyquest and Flightpower with proper care.

30C burst is a norm nowadays.

It depends on your charger. For example the Bantam BC6 can charge 3 pack of 7.4V Lipo at same time. This provide the must be the same mAH, C & brand.

I being using LiPo all while but so far so good. This except one brand I mentioned earlier .

BC6 & BC8 has dual output + & -. However they came with instruction showing you how to make a wire connection to connect 3 batteries in series. For that you need , some cables & banana plugs to start with.

As for Hyperion I no idea how it works. The rest can give their opinion.

Just for your reminder, there are lots of Bantam BC6 immitations in the market. The original one has 8 pin balancer port to do this.

thanks for the info. I kinda understand now.

yup, lots of bantam imitation. everything looks exactly the same.

to contribute to the thread, IP3800 35C takes my vote! no doubt it only last <15mins on 11.5 but the 1st 10mins has great punch! Definitely this is due to the 35C rating as other lipos that i have are 20C or 25C. Word of advise, C rating is not a standized rating system so its up to the manufacturer to state how many C. So buy reputable brands...
