Yep MTX3 is selling like hot cakes here. Every grandpa & nephews got it here. So its no longer "hoohaaa" to have one. The G4 its more interesting. im not saying MTX3 is not good...in fact, for me, its the best handling car..espcially in the corner. i ever used one.

G4 is selling around RM1,000 here (yakah, Mr. KK Lee two version, G4 E(pro kit-power clutch, with K Factory options) & G4 C(3 shoes clutch). The rest details....go to RC news in Sabah thread!

Yep, G4 is cheaper but quality is cheap too. MTX-3 better and just more expensive RM180. No one wanna play G4 in Kuala Lumpur anymore. Think about the MTX-3, friend!!!

hehhee...looks like MTX-3 getting quite a high reputation among RC racer, so G4 out of the list...now only RR & MTX-3......hhehehe...any good inputs?

If it is just b/ween this two...go for the MTX3. The good is...it is ready to compete...but same goes for the RR too Look for parts in yer area. Durability, i think Kyosho V1RR is better BUT MTX3 is very close 2nd behind.

I've driven G4 & MTX3 but not RR. but here in KK Sabah all Kits have good supply of parts. So that is why i chose G4. So far i'd driven it and consistently better in handling than the MTX3. I only go for Kyosho becoz of its Mad Force Monster Truck

this is my 5 cents becoz i've driven both and i like to venture. if budget don't permit...but just enough to get one kit...go for MTX3.

About the MTX3 availability in Penang.... cant seem to find it anywhere over here. Anybody else from Penang running this kit? Also heard that the ool at PISA i.e Timmy Tan or maybe Eric Ma is selling G4 right now. Need to go over there and check it out...

What do you ppl think of Kyosho FW-05R? Is it any good? Looks like a competitor to me.... only need to check out the final crown gear if it is durable or not. My rs4 keep stripping the rear crown gear after i change to EVO engine.

Ayzhad - About the prices of the parts, you can pay them( Hobby Shop) a visit at Jalan Ipoh Mutiara Complex to find out the actual prices. Cheap, Cheaper, Cheapest Then you can decide to buy V1RR or MTX3.

As for me, I'm drving MTX-3. I know some prices as follow;

Suspension arm - Rm22 - 27
Transmission Belt - Rm22-28
