I'm good for practice on sundays

I paid my $5 and I saw the two guys come in after me pay $5 a person on Sunday afternoon. I'm all for accountability for our racers be it: post something on the forum saying when you intend on having practice and/or having a sign in sheet for when you were there. I would rather not set "another" rule saying we can only practice in a certain window on a specific day. We do that and it starts to sound...not fun.

it doesn't matter when you practice...
just let US know so that we can let LEE know.

that's what I'm getting at, it shouldn't matter when you practice as long as there is accountability as to who is practicing and when

Totally agree with AustinJay90 (Superman) . Practice Whenever and be Accountable....
#24
to tell you the truth we (Lee, the ever so gracious landlord) might start trying to reel some of them back in...

i heard theres only gonna be three keys, yes that is sad but so is somone leaving the door unlocked. i like being able to practice when i want. somtimes sunday is not an option plus some people run dirt which is not fair to them.i guess it is up to the landlord

Here is a temp solution:
I do beleive every key holder has access to the forum in some variety. That being said if that key holder chooses to "sponsor" a practice time, it should at the very minimum be posted on the web for accountibility purposes. And as it may seem harsh, the teeth for this would be immediate revocation of your key if you don't make the effort to advertise to the club about the said practice. (EFFORT DEFINED: A usually earnest attempt. ex: You don't have access to the web but you know somebody who does and can post the practice on the web, or nuclear winter came about and web access was not available but another member in good standing with the club can say you made the attempt to sponsor the practice.)
I'll kick the dead horse one more time, it comes back to accountibility. Be creative with it. Lets say I couldn't post on the web because the internet was down and no one else in the club could be reached because they were all off to Mike's for the weekend. By George I want to practice. O.k. what would be wrong with writing on a sheet of paper with your name and time frame you were there next to the pay box...absolutely nothing!!! Accountibility, say it again, ACCOUNTIBILITY, Amen
