We should never forget that this is a hobby for fun... and this series has an empahses on scale racing and NOT performance... Not saying the cars should not perform or handle well, but lets try not to be too serious We can all probably agree that some of the best moments we have had in RC are the battles on the track... For me personally a good battle is better then a win... we should keep this in mind during the heat of a race when we come upon another car... be patient, wait to make a pass, even if it takes a few laps, don't get anxious and dive in for an overly optimistic move... just sit back a while and enjoy "The battle"...

They had 27 racers for the first carpet F1 race!!!

Wish I could make the "grand of all grand openings"... Have a great race and POST SOME PICS!

Great looking track Drew! You've obviously worked hard to get this going and I wish you all the luck for a packed track all season. Good to see Sean Rayfield back in to RC and from just watching one of his runs, he has not lost the touch.

No, I'm not ready to come back out of retirement just yet. Too many other things on the plate for the forseeable future but if things go well, just maybe I'll take up Drew's offer for the rent-a-ride. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Thanks again Drew, the new layout was both fun and challenging.

Looks like TC is growing pretty quickly with lots of competition for every skill level. Maybe we will have a few more this weekend.

great day at the track, a big thanks to the whole crew , rc cars,pizza and door prizes !!! it was nice to see the out of town people make the trip.

The track will be open Tuesday for on road practice and maybe some practice heats, but due to Thanksgiving we will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday. We will be opening Saturday for racing ,for are First Annual Turkey Race

Also will keep the track open till 10-10:30 Tuesday, since we will be closed Thursday.
