We had a super day of racing.
Weather could not have been better. Great sportsmanship and hard racing all day. Had some folks that have not been to the track this year and we appreciate their support.

I doubt it very much. This summer we had three guys racing regularly. That's at least a factor of five away from what we need!

Nine years was a good run, and I'm sure the onroad isn't finished for good, but it seems to be time for a break. All things RC seem to run in cycles. Look at nitro and short course...once upon a time they were the biggest and most popular things around, now we have no nitro track and short course struggles to even make a heat at Jakes.

Give it a year or two and people will get interested again. That's how it's always been. The only real mainstay in this area is 1/10 electric offroad.

Sucks to hear the onroad has dwindled like it has. Im really glad i got to be a part of it! Havent found anything RC to speak of hear in MN yet, but i think real cars have taken over for a while....
