Thanks what speed control would you reccomend? Tekin rs? I looked at the programming on my mamba and it was set to low current. The timing was at 10 or med.

Highly recomend a tekin RX8 anything else will let the smoke out. The 4x4 trucks can draw 170 amp constant when hooked up under load. The Rx8 is rated at 210

hey Kale, on the days I have gotten down there 1/8 buggy or 4X4 sct have been biggest class there, but I have not been able to get down there in a couple of months

Definatly more electric 1/8th scale buggies than nitro. IF ya bring it you can run with us.
