I drove an hour and 15 minutes today to go check out the track and for open practice. The track is very 1/8th scale friendly and fun to drive. Thanks to Tony and his crew for opening a great indoor track. I just have to decide if I am racing nitro on Saturdays or electric on Sundays. Decisions, decisions.

Myself and a couple guys from Indy are planning to make the trip up next Sunday, the 28th. What tires for 1/10 2wd Buggy and 1/10 Truck? Foams? Full pin, half etc? Thanks!

I looked it up on mapquest
5 hours 44 minutes / 298.98 miles

The map looked like BEFORE you get to Chicago.

From my house in owensboro kentucky to Race World RC.
Ouch! That's probably 2 tanks of gas ONE there and ONE back to my house.

Why do all these awesome tracks opening up have to be so far away?
It would be better if I went to PNT, in Mitchell it's way closer for me.

This is actually the class I'd love to run. For some reason this doesn't seem that popular at some other tracks and I can never figure out why. With the great batteries and motors out there these days it would seem like they would be a blast, and one of the fastest too.
Please keep me posted on the amount of drivers you have looking to do this...
i might know one or two other guys that might be interested as well.

Thanks!
