I think micro RS4 is so darn expensive!
680 for some plastic?
It doesn't even come with electronics.
I prefer to get a mini-Z which is RTR for the same price, which I will not buy neither.
They are just something to waste money at!

Mabuchi: if you're reading this, Control Center has the chassis. Remember, just get it if you cant find the upperdeck (baka pwede mo i-check ulit sa mga shop djan bago mo kunin yung chassis).
fai: i head that the chassis is available. TS sent me a PM about it. now if only yhe HB upperdeck was available already. my friend is leaving HK already on wednesday. still no news on its availability there? maybe a miracle will happen and it will be on stock tommorow! hahaha

TFR: I race in the Tamiya Series Leman/F1 class. The car cost me about HK$900 used. I think its a good deal considering the excellent condition of the car 
I think its very hard for you to get new kit. Tamiya has stopped the production of the kit. Perhaps you need to get a lower version and do the upgrade yourself.
