why? is there legal betting in HK like in UK? here we have legal bettings in horse racing. Also how can the HK gov't enforce anti illegal gambling?

i saw that in Rc car action... its also a good shell. been thinkin of buying the panoz roadster gt1 shell of parma. they said it would fit a 190mm TC...
