I know some people starts to use solid axle after the new spreaded over. However, I dont think they will use it for formal race as the setup is not fuel economy and tire wears a bit faster then car with diff.

Haha.... they should include 'skid pads' on the bottom of pipes... my NR pipe took a hammering last weekend also!!!

Is it your pipe or your engine giving you that crazy spin up speed on your engine? It was picking up the revs very quickly last weekend?

It was the rear solid diff. It is much lighter then the standard gear diff and i.e. less rotation mass. Acceleration is great ! I fall in love with it

HA... I will have to live with my 'slow' acceleration for another weekend!!!! I have switched to a bigger carb... see if that works any better!

No lah!!! I have a first generation NR carb which has a 5.9mm hole and comes with the standard 5.4mm insert. This is on my MT12. For my turbo I have rebore the standard MT carb to 6.0mm also!

If I remember correctly the funnel on the M Speed carb body is similar to the JP funnel. This is actually not a very efficient design compared to the standard shape funnel!
