Looks like she made a mistake and assumption based on early police reports. At one point they considered he might be middle eastern. Everything gets blown out of proportion.

Even from the surveillance video, it's very clear he's not white, yet they still pushed the narrative that he was. I don't think it's blown out of proportion to call out the hypocrisy in the media, because if he were white, it would be a 24/7 marathon of coverage. It's very convenient that they 'made a mistake' with this one.

I'm saying the media blows everything out of proportion, no matter what it is. It's designed to get a reaction. To take stabs at one side while creating outrage from the other. You're missing the point the media selectively amplifies anything anti-white or anti-right. Where was the outcry from CNN or MSNBC about this? That’s just one of many examples. They rage about Israel bombing a hospital in Gaza even with evidence of weapons being present, but when Iran targeted an Israeli hospital, with zero proof of it being anything other than a regular medical facility, the media was silent. I could keep listing examples, but it's exhausting to watch the consistent targeting of a specific group of people. That whole “possibly white” narrative was intentional they thrive on stoking racial tension.

That's what FOX is for. CNN is to the left and will point out anti gay, anti semiticism, bigoted whites. FOX news is to the right and plays to conservatives. They point out immigrants, muslims, lgbqt rights/protections, and brown people etc to play on white fears and make them feel threatened.

You're missing the greater point that both sides stoke the flames to get a reaction from the other. They have audiences they play to, and demonize the other side.

To your other point. You largely ignore that for much of the countries history, whites did that to everyone else. Criminalized, villainized, dehumanized the Indians, blacks, asians, hispanics, arabs and jews. PC culture/social justice tries to correct for this, and what you get are news media outlets falling over themselves and walking on egg shells to not single out, offend, or unfairly criminalize these groups or perpetuating stereotypes etc. Perhaps the tables have turned?

Historically, whites weren't the victims of that. So there is no pressure/correction to not openly target and cover white criminals and offenders. Or to offend white sensibilities. Its the result of PC culture and a over correction. That's the best way I can explain it.

The overarching point was CNN, MSNBC, FOX, NTD whoever, they all do it. They ragebait and push propaganda and disinformation tailored to their audiences. It perpetuates ignorance and hate in both sides for the other. You got to stop taking the bait man. You be getting mad about the wrong stuff. Its distraction.
