Yup, and that's why I stayed there.
My bike is pretty special. I always wanted a CR500 and I finally got one. What makes it even more special, this CR500 is registered for the street. There are probably thousands of CR500's in California, but less than a dozen that are street legal.

I'm doing a few other side gigs. I have a substantial amount of knowledge in building maintenance and construction. I am using that knowledge to pimp myself out. I even created a spreadsheet that contractors are paying me $400 for. Funny thing is, I made a YouTube video, on how to create it, about a year ago.

You're working harder because you have to pick up some of your boss's load. For me, I'm lucky to not have that issue. I have bosses, but they don't really know how to do what I do, so I'm kinda on my own little island. Officially, he's more involved with other departments. I also have a couple office women that take care of the BS that comes about. The only down fall is, when he's out, I have to hold off on fully executing contracts for big projects.

im not filling orders. so we'll be backlogged with those on Monday. everything im doing is for stock. most of it's just parts he waited until we were almost completely out of before saying anything. issue is if i try to stay up on that kind of stuff he gives me other BS that isn't nearly as important to do. ie fire up the CNC to cut flanges that we don't need or make 20 more coils we already have 12 of in stock depleting our stock of bobbins in the process. yeah we might have a lot of 48v DC in stock, but what happens when someone wants 8 120v AC and we only have 6 bobbins cause of it? instead of firing up the injection molder and making what is probably our 4th most commonly used bobbin. one version of which we were down to 3 of. i made 37 today. that should last us until March
the thing about my boss is he likes to be busy instead of productive. he has severe ADHD so if he's not in chaos he doesn't know what to do with himself. he can't function in calm productivity

No, I am referring to knowing in advance there is a hurricane coming, and instead of moving your million-dollar boat you leave it docked and it ends up on your roof. i don't know how much the pay out is but it does make me wonder due to how often I see it.

You know, after seeing some gross fat dude making $20k a month, on Only Fans, I really started to think about it. This guy was making all that money just by sitting in his underwear and eating, while showing off his enormous stomach. I started to put numbers together. You charge $10 a month, you would make a nice chunk of money with just a thousand subscribers. O.F. takes 25% of your fees. That's still giving your at least $7 per member. However, there are millions of people trying to make money off of O.F. The average creator only makes less than $200 a month. So, if you have good talent, then it's easier to make money off of YouTube. You tube pays $0.018 per view. That's $18 per 1000 views. With the little amount of postings I make, I still average 6k views a month. I'm about to take my videos to a new level, with more content.
