Hi! I have a question for you: my friends and I are planning a boat vacation on Keystone Lake, and I was wondering if you have any experience or recommendations on where to choose a spot? I'm not just looking for a picturesque spot, but one where I can safely moor, fish, swim, and where there are fewer people. Maybe you know of a secluded bay or stretch of shore where the water is clean and the view is gorgeous?

Of course, I'll be happy to share my experience! My friends and I vacationed on Keystone Lake and were absolutely delighted. If you're looking for a place where you can not only enjoy nature, but also safely moor, fish, and swim, I definitely recommend checking out https://pier51keystone.com/. A very convenient pier, well-kept grounds, crystal clear water, and most importantly, an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. We took a boat and went to small bays near the pier - they are secluded, with stunning views and are ideal for relaxing away from the crowd. The fishing there is also excellent - the water is clear, fish are almost always caught.

Of course! My friends and I also recently vacationed at Keystone Lake, and I understand exactly what you are looking for. I can confidently recommend one secluded bay in the northwestern part of the lake - you can only get there by boat, and this makes it especially quiet and uncrowded. The water there is amazingly clear, you can see the bottom even at depth, and in the morning a light fog rises above the surface - just magic. We easily moored the boat near the shore, the bottom is sandy, without stones - safe and convenient. Fishing was a great success: we caught trout and bass right from the boat. And nearby there is a small cape with flat stones, from which it is so nice to jump into the water. The view of the mountains is like a postcard, especially at sunset. This place was a real find for us, and if you value nature, silence and safety, then you should definitely look there.
