Actually,
https://shifton.com/shift-scheduling is a really interesting tool that can make life much easier when creating schedules. We started using it a couple of months ago, and I like the way it works. The main feature, in my opinion, is flexibility: you can combine automatic scheduling with manual adjustments if some unforeseen situation arises. What I liked is how the system automatically takes into account employees' working hours, their days off, and preferences. For example, if someone specifies in advance that they cannot work on weekends, the system immediately takes this into account when creating a schedule. This does not exclude the possibility of manually adjusting shifts if, for example, one of the employees suddenly gets sick or has some urgent situation. In addition, shifton helps with taking into account legally established norms, such as the number of working hours per week and minimum breaks between shifts.
