What is some of the best idea's you've seen at other track's we can do to make this track the best for Georgia RC racers.

As the time draws closer and the track is preparing to be built, I intend to submit a track layout for consideration. That is about all I can contribute beyond computer help.

Carl, Please make this happen, you know as well as I do if you make a INDOOR OFFROAD track the size you speak of in the Metro ATL area it will take off!!! The hobby is exploding right now and I have been waiting for one of the GA crew to capitalize on it in the Metro area!

If I can come up with the money I will invest!!!! but atleast you can count on me for the Slid Steer/dump truck and carpentry work!!

This is real exciting news!!!!

Fund raiser.......of some sort, fund raisers for everything else. ideas???? Yearly membership ,help secure funds for basic operations, i wouldnt think anyone would have a problem with a yearly due to secure a all weather condition type racing facility. the track and shop is not a problem with amount of people to help with that, securing a place is. once place is secured rest will fall into place. just some ideas.

You should try and get in touch with your local town or county councilman/woman, or maybe the economic development/tourism board of the city or county. There'd be a good chance that you'd get some added funding and support, with their aid

Those are good idea's an will be looked at the only problem I having is time the brokers are wanting me to sign lease, I can't without some commitment from more people. I went by and was showing the structure to a friend and met some workers at the structure that said they were there to enclose the building, I called my broker and told him what was going on, he called me back and said we needed to sign a lease, so I'm stuck I don't sign the lease without the other 7 people, an they will enclose the building and the dollar amount per sf will go to over $6.oo.
So I'm going to stall them this week if we can't make anything happen with more investor's this deal will slip away.
Just remember we want racers to be investors, this track will be build for racers by racers!

Thanks Carl Knight
