I really haven't been following the Hot Shots thread. What happened to VTA? Did it burn out. Used to be a great VTA following there.

Its about an hour if you drive a murdered out variant of a police car and you keep your foot buried in it the whole way. For us mortals its a bit more than an hour to get there.

Google Earth says 2hrs 14minutes. Still its great racing and people that are worth the drive up. If you are looking for a race on Wednesday night, Hot Shots is still the deal. If you care to do something this Sunday Thunder in Nashville would be worth your while. Check out their threads.

so whats the status of your track guys I would love to see a nice asphalt on-road track. Maybe we can have some sort of Georgia on-road series race.

The plans are in the works. If the rain will go away we will have a whole show for everyone. It looks like tornado season is about over. Dalton will be a nice track and now that Dion is wanting to have onroad on that "huge" asphalt area at his place this will be a great time for onroad this year.

A lot of us have the asphalt bug right now so it would be great to try it especially mod TC. Do you guys think you maybe running on a few Sundays this summer? I figured it makes sense because of all the off-roading every Saturday.

and good for you from what I have heard. The track in Dalton will be a blast. If we race at dions place bring pinions, he has enough room for a moto GP race.

Its on hold until we can figure out why the decoder is not counting. It's looking like I may have to trade for an RC4, in which case the old style MRT transponders will not work. I will have handouts in case thats a problem for anyone. AMB and mylaps transponders will still work. I have a patch to try but if that doesnt work I am trading which will take a couple of weeks to process.
