Super, I will be checking those out. My son and I have a 1/43 sets from SCX, lots of fun. I hope the Kyosho stuff will be quality.

Thats pretty awesome, sucks though that slot cars get boring after about 5 minutes.

Well, you then review the on board telemetry, rate of acceleration, angle and height at the apogee, and then check to see if whatever critter you attached to the rocket survived the journey.

I did not know I was not supposed to put critters in them. That explains all the PETA mail I have been getting. That's ok though, the therapy sessions for the hamsters was getting exspencive.

Yes and no. When Carter got out of the whitehouse things were almost as bad as they are now. Driving around racing slotcars helped pay the bills. Some of those races had as much as $1200 payouts. But it was not so easy at those levels.

you dont even want to get me started on slotcars....... got tons of them. the homesets are pretty boring. now some good commercial 1/24 racing.....bring it on. actually made some good money over the years building/racing them. still got all my equipment to zap mags, com lathes, can tools, magnet hones...... all that good stuff.

In case any of you are into the slot car world, check this out. They will be supporting RC as well. Do a google search for Peachtree City Slot Cars.
The place is called Speed Zone. Opening soon.

Wow, that place is cool. A big track, nice building...very very nice. Is there that much of a market for slot cars these days?
