Everybody was heading out about 8:30 I think there were 10 of us give or take running laps there at the peak of it including Melvin. Of course I was counting cars not people and I know at least one person was running 1/12th and VTA

I only a few but enough to have a good practice trying to "groove" the new layout. Most stayed until about 8:30 or so.

Thanks to Danny, Gene and Adam for the layout work last Sunday. The track was really fun to drive. As the night went on the grip came up even with only 10 or so cars running laps. The carpet is green in many parts of the new layout so we need to get as many cars running to help get the groove up.

Melvin is going to get Super Vac 2000 on the track so it should be good to go next go around.

That sounds like a lot of fun, I will try and make it next time, I really like the track the way it was I can't wait to see the new lay out!

I just dug out my Mini Cooper, is there any tires on the market that will work on Nexus track? There is most likely not a class for Mini Coopers but when the track wasn't busy I would like to play an see if I could make it fast. Somebody let me know so I can get Melvin to order me a set.

You could run the same tires we use on our Touring cars. They are a few mm's taller than the true mini tires, but should be fine for playing around. See me at the track and I'll give you a set to run Carl.
