If you tried 2 different batteries it may be your charger man. Did you try charging a pack on someone else charger? Those cars draw so little power they should easily last 10 minutes and still have a ton of time left!

Racing was great last night you guys. I'm glad so many new racers and faces dropping by to check the place out. The Mini class has really gotten bigger and is proven to be a main stay at our track. Last night's Mini A-main was pretty clean and ridiculously fun. Congrats to Ivan for the win. Mike and I, had a epic battle after Joe's car started having technical difficulties. I ended up second with Mike wrapping up the podium. TC was really fast and fun too with Brad and Alex lapping the field and RC Rob aka THE DANCIN MACHINE and I were battling it out for that finale spot. Brad took the win with Alex in second and RC Rob with his best display of defensive shut the door racing took the third position. Great driving my friend, your practice is paying off.

What ESC are you using? Maybe the lipo cutoff is set too high and it's shutting down.

Chris, the rental battery you used last night false peaked as soon as I put it on the charger, which means the battery is about to go. The Nimh rental batteries are probably not the best source of power for racing since they are cycled over and over the course of weeks/months.

If you want to borrow my lipo that I use in my mini to see if that is the problem you are welcome to use it for testing purposes.

at this point i really dont wanna put any more into the mini cause i have other rc cars i want to start running and the lipos i have dont fit into the m03 so....if i come up there friday i may have my touring car with me also i was just a little hot about not finishing the race after all my hard work this past week in parts and tuning at home.

Last week's turn out was really good and hope we have the same this week. Chris, buddy, pal your Mini was looking good last week. I hope you get the battery issue fixed. I'm thinking voltage cut off on your ESC. Or just false peaking. I hope the mini turn out is as big as it was last week. I really like the class and hope it gets stronger.
