Default Fall For All Series Finals 11-20-10

Its upon us fellas, time to see who will reign as the champions of the Fall for All series. There are some really tight battles in the points, especially in Pro Buggy. Gates will open Friday At 5:00 for practice but you will be able to get into the pit area anytime after 1:00 to get set up. Camping is also allowed Friday night for those who wish to do so. We will try to have campfire so you can warm your toes by the fire. Practice and sign ups on Sat from 8am-10:30 and racing at 11am sharp. 3 qualifiers.

I'm not sure about D8T parts as we are not a hobby shop, just a race track. I do know that Vince with VRP and Paul with Racemugen will both be on site on race day so if there is something specific you are needing one of those guys may be able to help you out.

Racers, I need to give ya'll a little "heads up" announcement. Our food vendor; Ken "the Hot Dog man" underwent Knee surgery recently and is still in a straight leg cast and is grounded by the Doctors for the next 3-4 weeks. Needless to say he will not be at Loganville this weekend. Just wanted to give everyone notice so they could plan accordingly and bring some food with ya if need be. The store next to track is always there for cold drinks and snacks, they also serve a good breakfast there also. There is a Papa John's Pizza in Walnut Grove that will deliver directly to the track also. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but lets all keep Ken in our thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery.

Default 5 Dudes in the TT Pit Trailer

I played around with some time lapse footage of 5 of us pitting in the TurtleTrax Mobile Support Trailer.

Very nice. I have been playing around with that stuff lately as well. What camera and settings did you use for this?

I used a GoPro Hero cam. I set it to shoot a still every 2 seconds. I then imported the stills into iMovie at 1 second per frame (there was 1700 frames for the clip below). I then exported the project out, so that I could re import it as a movie. Once I did that I was able to speed it up 800%. I had about 4 hours of footage, but I just used a small portion of it.
