There is a vectorize function in Illustrator, but its VERY limited and produces terrible results most of the time. Also, the problem with doing anything in photoshop is that it is a raster based program.

This is the other one that I found on Andy's site:

Now before all this starts I want to give kudos to hairy and chad for setting this up for everyone. It is gaining more interest everyday and the once a month schedule and simple rules should work ok for everyone. Let's have at it!

Ok this is strange. As much as we kid around I thought Hairy and Chad would be putting the smack on me by now. I know what it is, They're working together for the ultimate comeback. Do your best guys. And get GT40 and nukem to harmonize... I'm feeling so left out.

By the way, is nexus going to have any foams for these 103 style cars? If we're going to race we need the stuff.

Well as for me I am just waiting to see if you really show for A race before I lay any real Smack talk down.
As far as spare parts for the cars at this time you wil probably want to bring your spares for right now untill we see how the racing series unfolds. I know Nexus won't be carrying parts for cars that are not being run there and right now not many F1's have shown up to race. Maybe if this catches on then they might.
Tonight was the opener of the carpet season and there really was good turn out, 15 to 16 in 12th scale alone and some of the regulars weren't even there.
Can't wait for the first race of the F1 season, yous guys get your cars ready this will be great!
and if we are lucky even ole' George will show!

Oh yes, everyone will see this handsome profile in the drivers stand. I still want to get in a TT race asap. I've been dying to make some laps there. And the vta is only a few stickers away from ready. My F1 car is ready as is Claytons...can't wait!

Red blinking light? Are you driving a cop car? And yes, I need help. Are my foam tires on backwards?

I finished my F103RM tonight. Just have to slap some blue and orange paint on it now to make it fast. I wish I could make it out to practice this weekend, but I can't. Sure hope my schedule will allow me to make the series races at least!

Hey, looking over your posts and this does sound like a fun series.
Im just getting out of nitro tc as there is basicly nowhere to run and im looking at getting into electric. How much might it cost for me to get into this class and where is the track located? Do they have any pics of there track?
Thanks

The track is in the Kennesaw area. You can get in the F1 series very cheaply. I bought a Tamiya F103RM off of ebay for $137 shipped. It came with everything but electronics. You can get used ones for a lot less. You can find pictures and videos of the track in this forum. Great place to race.
