Looks like it rained more last night. I wonder if it is still a go for the racing? I will be driving a long way and would hate to get there and no racing. If somebody hears anything let me know. Thanks

My guess is that the track will be fine.

The light rain is moving out. The track was really dry and this small rain has helped it. Still planing on racing.

The track is made out of red Georgia clay that has been packed down to be as hard as concrete. It does not soak up a lot of water to begin with and tends to drain super fast.

In short, anything short of a monsoon will drain and dry quickly on that track.

good job today brenden. i had the same laps but you had the better lap times. too bad teh race was called off but what a great effort from ed to keep the track drivable

Don't wait too long, it's like getting beat up, eventually you learn to fight back and pretty soon these pro's are gonna learn they spun dirt on my car for the last time. They're gonna think i'm "bump-draftin" when what i'm really doing is knocking em' out of my way on my way to the front.
