If you're looking for a durable, fast, and capable RC truck then this is the truck for you. It's an amazing deal for it's price, in my experience. Lots of RC cars that you buy end up breaking after one or two uses, and parts always have to be replaced. Sometimes the wheels are plastic and crack or a wheel axel breaks off, or even a motor burns out. When you pay over $50 for an RC vehicle, it should last awhile.

Pros: This RC truck is very durable unlike others. All the parts are well made, including the rubber wheels. The body is made of a VERY durable plastic and encases the battery and motor to prevent any small rocks from beating up the motor. The wheel axels and suspension system are made of a VERY durable plastic as well, and I think this may be what makes the vehicle so sturdy. Other RC vehicles have metal wheel axels which seems to break any plastic they are connected to. The wheels have metal screws and bolts to keep them on and are very sturdy. The front and rear bumpers are reinforced and can withstand a full speed crash and any flips that you end up encountering. I had my doubts when I saw that this truck was made almost all out of plastic, but this truck really proved me wrong with how much more durable it has been than a vehicle with metal parts. This truck can drive through grass, mud, gravel, and even sand very proficiently. It is very powerful but even has a safety feature to make sure the battery does not overheat. If the battery gets too hot, it will stop and not respond for about 3 seconds. It gives the battery time to cool down and warns you that the battery is getting hot. The truck can reach pretty high speeds and handle off road and jumps very well.

Cons: There isn't much bad to say about this truck. The only thing on the truck that seems to be a problem is the weak spring shocks. The springs are skinny, which doesn't cause any problems, it just limits the trucks off road abilities. If the suspension was a little more flexible and the springs were thicker, this would be the ultimate off road machine. The only other problem lies with the transmitter. The transmitter is small and made of weak plastic, and so is the wheel to turn the truck. There is no grip on the turning wheel so it slips easily. The transmitter does reach a pretty far range however and is very precise with turning and accelerating.

Overall, I give this RC truck a 9.8 out of 10 for its low price. This is a great beginners RC vehicle that will last through many crashes and help someone learn to drive. I recommend this to any beginner on a budget or anyone that wants to add a great 1/12 scale model to their collection.
