Just recieved an email and they require 3 to 7 days to prepare for shipment. Was informed it is well packed and please allow 2 to 3 day to recieve tracking info.

PayPal claim has been filed. Maybe some people would give this even more time but I'm done with it. After some more research and many people complaints about not receiving items I've decided I'm done. Looking to me like a too good to be true deal for me. Well I'm going to call it like I see it. Guys this is either a con artist or scammer whichever you choose to call it. Guy told me id get product free to test. Has told many others the same and I bet no one has even recieved tracking info. But what I bet you have seen is multiple request for you to post about this or that in whatever specified thread. Trying to use people for free advertising or whatever the game is.

What's tracking number

I got many free products from GearBest and I reviewed them. They always keep their words. You can watch my review videos below and as you can see, I use GearBest logo and links on all my reviews. If this was not true, why I would use their logos etc. in my videos? :)

Edit: Sometimes they don't give tracking number, since they send some of the packages with DHL etc. For example, I got one of my packages in 4 days. A guy called me and said "You have a big package from abroad. Are you at home? I'm bringing it?" and I was shocked. I got my packge just in 4 days :) (I was waiting for a tracking number in these 4 days, but my products to review had arrived). By the way, obtaining a tracking number can take more than a few days, I know it from my experiences.

I'm pretty sure these items are bring drop shipped. I'd say be patient and give Robert a chance. He has nothing to gain by upsetting potential customers, I'm just guessing he is the middle man between Gearsbest and the manufacturers.

I agree with part of this. First let me say I told Robert I would not comment on their threads until the promise he made me comes through or doesn't. Lets just say I've held up my end of a deal. We know they are not the manufacturing company. They buy and sell. I do the same thing for a living. If I make a promise to a customer and don't what do you think happens? Drop ship or not doesn't matter. The truck I paid for has not shipped in over a weeks time. Website says 3 to 5 days. Not a week an email after that week saying its ready to ship now. Please allow 2 or 3 days to get tracking. I do realize this is a toy and in that aspect you are correct. It will be ok either way. Like I told gearbest after 2 messages on the website and days later a response and told Robert also. This is unacceptable customer service.

PS I am not here looking for something for free. I paid for my product. I was also told I would get a truck to do a review if a contract was fulfilled with them. I am not not saying anything about the second truck at this time.

Technically you do. They gave you free product to do a review on them. And the only reason you became a member here was to post those reviews and promote their product, in nothing but a positive light.

After message number 3 to gearbest customer support this is the email I just received after letting them know I opened a case with paypal.

That's correct. Once you open a paypal claim you do not close it until you receive product or refund period.

I am sorry to reply you so late because i am not work on weekend.It exists jet lag in China and USA.And we are not scam and cheater.This job is just a ordinary work for me and i am got a bachelor degree in JULY.This is my first job and i have no experience to deal so many things.It is hard to me.So Please give me more time,ok.

I think we can all understand having a weekend off. I have a question. How can you send something out so fast and be sure of that when I placed an order and paid for it and it hasnt shipped yet.
