That's correct. Once you open a paypal claim you do not close it until you receive product or refund period.

I think we can all understand having a weekend off. I have a question. How can you send something out so fast and be sure of that when I placed an order and paid for it and it hasnt shipped yet. Where are you located out of curiosity.? Was it demo stuff or something you purchased? If it was a purchase how long did it take for them to actually ship it? Sorry if it seems like a lot of questions and I've asked before but have not received a answer yet.

Hey guys, just wanted to chime in here. I was contacted by Robert about 4-6 weeks ago about reviewing some vehicles. I was kinda skeptical as many of you were (and rightfully so). He said he would ship out a P402 Crawler, I wasn't really holding my breath.

That said he shipped it out and 3 weeks or so later it showed up at my door! Was more than a little shocked to be sure. Since then I have posted up my review (pretty unbiased is I do say so myself) and wouldn't have a problem recommending it.

That said, I agree on the shipping and logistics could use some work. Most of the emails I get from Robert are at off hours.

Any ways, not a professional reviewer and to me RC is a hobby, not a job, just my .02
