Sounds great to me. Do we have to get approval from the count to make changes? When do we want to set a meeting? Just post it here. I will start talking to some people at the hobby shop that is very interested in having a active track and club there.

hey thanks for the enthusiam, i dont believe we will need county permission to just clean. i believe with everyones work schedule a saturday mid morning meet would be the best time. also if you know anyone with a truck, there is some stuff that will need to be hauled to the dump.

My .02 cents. An off-road track opposite of the onroad track will cause nothing but issues on the asphalt due to dust nd dirt blowing.

I can see that but I am a off-road guy and I know a lot of other off-road guys in the area that would loge to have a local off-road track. And plus we live in Florida and it is outside you will always have to blow off the track. And last I checked the asphalt out there is shot for racing. As it sits right now.

Anther reason to add a off-road track is off-road in this area is very popular and it would create that much more people and club members which in turn will generate money to put back into the club and the track. There is more then enough room out there and I am more then willing to help get the on-road track back up and running.

As an on-road racer that has seen 3 combo tracks like that lose the onroad racers due to no traction and major dirt problems I was just stating my opinion. What needs to happen is everybody that wants this to happen get together and everybody voice there opinions

I am sorry I did not mean to come off upset. Not upset at all actually I am very happy to see people interested in the rc track again I have been working throw the chain of command with the county to start maintaining the track area. But now I can put that on hold for now. I agree that we need to start with a meeting at the track. To see how many people are interested in getting the track up and running.
