Hector it's so funny for you to say that Tim is "complaining and griping" when you are TQ and the A-Main winner in the department on this tread.
Now I wish I could attend this race cause it sounds like it'll be a good one. As for no Friday practice whats the big deal? I wouldn't mind if they eliminated Friday practice as their are lots of people that can't take the 5 to 7 extra days of a year to race TOY cars.

Shoe,
Is there an entry form available for early registration? I plan on racing, but can't get to the track until Sunday for my last qualifier and main.

Jeff, we have a standard FSEARA form on the FSEARA site, for some reason, I dropped the link off of the front page ( back now) but here it is.

strickland rocks
For anyone who hasnt run on the surface at Strickland R/C Park ...... its very smooooooooth and has good bite ......and isint hard on tires either at least when we race oval ....... the 1/12th scale guys will love it ....... smoooooth.
I'm not sure when the gates will be open saturday, but with MB racing running the show It would be fair to guess ....... EARLY.......I'm sure ClutchRC, Mel or Beaner himself will let you guys know a little closer to race weekend.
As far as the layout, the track is not a permanent road course ...... the layout you ran during a club race will more then likely be different then that of the state race layout ...... so there's no advantage as far as setting your car up for a particular layout, or if you have never been there before....... everyone will be starting on equal ground saturday morning. It's a great place to race ...... you will all be pleased I'm sure. Hope you guys have good weather that weekend....... Have fun !
GO Team Daytona !! WOOOO HOOOO !
