There was some HOT racin' today. Seemed like every class had their heated battles, even it is the race for 2nd or 3rd, you woulda tbought it was the last 20 laps to make The Chase. The re was no give up out there today.
Small turnout due to the extreme heat and people seakin' in one last vacation weekend; but every heat race & every feature had some good close battles.
Thank again to all you SF DO racers for makin' it a truly great day, even if a 2nd & a 3rd is the best I could get.

Southland Speedway Dirt Oval in West Delray
Wow did we have great day of racing.
6 different classes batteling it out for the win with 2 heats and a main.
C'mon out and join the fun.
Big track and short track all in one place.
Superstockers put on one heck of a show with lots of side by side action.
This is a spec class with titan 12t motors on a 2wd short course chassis.
Its all about racing and not about dollars.
1/10th sprints were fast and furiorus with some crazy spills and thrills
1/8 late mods were screaming and doing it slideways.
Thanks everybody for a great day of racing action on one great old school dirt track.

glad i got back out there saturday with Alain in tow, he talked it up all sunday at work (we will convert him sooner or later 
). hopefully i can sneak back out there asap!

I had great time at the old dirt oval!
The track condition was great and fast! Lots of traction and close competitive racing.
Just a bunch of good folks spending a beautiful Saturday afternoon racing and having a blast!
Can't wait to do it all again next week!

OK - supposed to me great weather, lower humidity, and low rain chance. Let's get the "winter" race season off to a great start Saturday.
Just think about those poor racers who's tracks are under a foot of snow. We get to race outdoors year round.

Awesome racing yesterday. Had a great time.
Maddog had the superstocker hooked up.
Lot O fun by everybody.
Great to have Michele,Steve and Deena back. They always have a pretty busy schedule.
Also Mark and Dale back in the sportsmen class.
4wd Latemodel was alot of fun dueling it out with Jon.

Wish I could be there Saturday, but I'll be out of town. Got lots of stuff to fix after last weekend's debacle, but I still won the Super Stock main. Got a new ESC for it, so I won't have to feather it so much to keep it from thermal shut-down. Yall are in trouble on the 26th in that class.
Everybody that can, get your Classic's ready for the 26th too. The first Annual Pumpkin Pole Classic race is that day. Should be a hoot.
