Club race at Arcadia / Nuggets Ranch raceway!
November 27th gates open at 12:00, SUNDAY! SUNDAY! SUNDAY! November 28th will be the first official raceday! More details will follow shortly! The track address is 5150 Dees Ave, Arcadia Florida 34266.

17 Days to dust off those race cars you've got lying around! Brand new ultra fine aggrigate azzfualt. 32 foot long drivers stand made of steel. Cow chip throwing contest after the race...

The plan at the moment is to have the track open on Sat also by about 12 noon. For Sunday plan on 2 quailifiers and mains to follow.
I will post hotel info soon.
The driver stand is actually 32' long. LOL

Melanie and I picked up the compressor and others things needed this evening.
I hope everyone is planning to come and race. Great way to get rolling early for the State Race the following weekend.
We will be playing this Sunday if some of you would like to come down and test.
Hope to see you there.

compressor in house
tire truing set up
drivers stand completed
track surface is very smooth and tires have been dragged around to
make traction and tire wear great
Drew and "buddy" have there pit area set up
The Esser,s have put a lot of time and money into the new track
lets all show our support and be there next weekend !!
you will love it
bring a power cord there will be generators around to hook into.

Thanks to Jim Rice and Mugen Drew for their help on Sat. Things have really come together and without the help of you all it would not have happened.
We are really looking forward to the 1st race this coming weekend and we hope that everyone enjoys it.
I know I've said it before but Tod Roman is the man. He has put so much of his time and heart in this that Melanie and I have no words to express our Thanks.
It looks like we will have pit spots availible for this weekend also. I would say 16 spots. The cost will be the standard $10.00 for the weekend.
The track will be open for practice on Sat.
I will post the hotel info tomorrow evening.

I got first dibs on Buddy for pit man Saturday. !BOOM!
No doubt about Todd he has BUSTED his arse helping ya'll make this a reality! Hats off to ya Todd!
Saturday I painted some more stuff, you would not belive how fast and how much paint ultra-fine agrigate @$$KICKIN azzfualt can soak up!
The high lite was cutting the grass! Let me tell ya the Murray Select 17.5hp 42" cut ridin lawn mower is quite the machine! Bugs, small trees, cow chips, soda bottles etc. a submitted to the awesome power of the Murray. While mowing the grass I had plenty of time to observe the track from any and all angles. It KICKSAZZ period.
This weekend is gonna rock! Rumor has it that our R.O.A.R. region 4 director and F.O.R.G.A.S.S. Secretary will be running the race and the F.O.R.G.A.S.S. President and Vice President will be on hand. This pretty much assures things will go sssmmmoooooottthhhlllyyy.
