Cool! My car was pretty good last time but there is stuff I want to try out. At the last race there were only two foam sedans...me and Jason.

I too would prefer to run 19T...10.5 actually, but I will run what ever the majority wants to run.

Have not made rules yet on FCC and 19T GTP. What do you guys think?? Go with 19T or 10.5 in GTP and leave stock - stock. I really don't think 13.5 and stock compare and would force stock to all run 13.5 in the end... so having 2 choices might have good attendence for next year in GTP... stock and 19/10.5?

The writing on the wall as far brushless might as well faze out those brush motors, what about touring rubber weight 54 oz= alot of lead weight

Yeah, every other race is 53oz for rubber tire...whats up with 54 oz?

As far as motors...at the turkey shoot race I said I will never run another brushed motor. All my 6 cell packs are junk and I am only going to buy LiPo from now on. I think a lot of people feel this way.

if we can figure out the lipo/bl combo for comparible 19T, i'd run it. 17.5 21.5 23.5 whatever it ends up being. lets just get it hammered out. other wise all my 6 cell packs will end up as saddle packs for my 10l2 to bump n bang the 6c27t vs 4c19t 10th pan class at daytona.

the last nimhs i buy will most likely be for da birds - otherwise I'm done with them.

The 10.5 BL motors run just as fast as 19T. They are a good match. Stock motor BL equivalents are where it gets tough. A 13.5 is too fast. A 17.5 should be about right but thats not where the rules seem to be going.

let me make sure we're talking the same thing here..

are you saying a 4.8v 19T is roughly equivalent to 7.4v 10.5 ??? I think I confused you with the 6c comments in my previous post. I'm looking to be in the ballpark with a lipo in the 12th scale.

if you want a lipo in the 1/12th scale you might want to run the 21.5 with a 7.4 lipo should be equal to a 10.5 with 4.8 volts
