Default off road

FRIDAY nights @ 7p. Huge drivers-stand, power outlets, bright lights, rest rooms and plenty of parking.

It was good to see Batman & Raptor who braved the weather and for the valuable REVO setup info. Congratulations to Raptor who took 9th in the A Main @ the Nationals :!:

We had a strong turmout last week. B mains for Buggy & Unlimited Truck.

The layout is a bit different this week. More obstacles and more clay.

Congrats to Zack Harper who was literally on fire. His first off-road race. ESC was flaming when he got off the track.. A new Farmers ESC and he took first in Electric..

traction was great, even after the track dried out a bit. had to switch back to bow ties for the main, the gladiators were slipping abit more during the second heat.
we are thinking about some more changes this week, depends how many people can man some tools. have to wait and see!

I was running Losi A7639 IFMAR STUD on my GT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Traction was so great it was bogging my engine, that is why you got in front of me!!!!

Really!!! 7 sec a lap slower than the past two weeks!!!!

I'm sure it wasn't the new triples and spokes that slowed me down!!!

Default Sponsored $$ Race

I have a sponsor for this Friday Nites Race. Alexis Beagle Racing is putting up $100.00 to be split amongst the class winner. Alexis is 12yo and is the National Go-Kart champ. She is going to drive Sprints next year...

The drivers can contribute an extra $5.00 to the purse to sweeten the pot. I am looking at doing a under/over for this Friday Nites Race.

This should be a good way to open up the track a bit and maximize some use of the dead-space.

We have received some good preliminary news for the build of our new track. The outer track dimensions will be 200'wx100'd with parking around the track and NO fences The pit lane will not be part of the straight-a-way, but will be outside and off-track.. 15' lanes with elevation changes...
