well. I 'm not sure I understood your question.

Anyway You can just watching, or if you join race, you can join as a driver , as a mechanic, as a pit marshal and as a spectator..

I'm sorry I wasn't more clear. I'll try again.

I work with kids in the Bismarck community and thought that this might be something that some of the boys I work with might like to watch. I didn't know if it would be ok to bring some of them to watch if we were not racing cars ourselves.

Thanks again.

There's plenty of room on the bleachers for spectators; come on out and enjoy the show!

There are bleachers for the public to watch from, anyone is welcome

Thanks to Adam Fricke and Aaron for the help Wednesday night. Sheeting is done and the front 1/2 of the railing is up now. Going to measure for the final lumber trip tonight and bring it over Sunday afternoon when we'll be putting on the ramp and hopefully the rest of the railing. Plumbing and electricity should get done Monday night along with the shelf.
Pit lane still needs some attention, but it's 'usable' as is if necessary

Aaron was out working on the stand a bit last night. I pulled some weeds. Might head out there again and reclaim some more of the track tonight. Been a while since I was last out, but I noticed most of the jumps are eroding away. They were much smaller than I remember. Maybe it's the beer, I dunno.

Thanks to Rich Greff we got the ramp up and sheeted yesterday. Rail supports are up, I plan to hang the rest of the railing tonight. Drivers stand should be usable now, but we still need to straighen pit lane and add the shelf to the stand in pit lane.
Once that's done we can patch the announcing booth and haul away the remaining scraps and clean up the nails and screws laying everywhere. Any help would be appreciated

Andrew came out to help tonight, thank you. Unfortunately I burned up my skilsaw on about the third cut so we had to re-use the old railing pretty much as it was. Its tacked in place with one screw in most spindles...that's about it. We straightened up pit lane as best we could and it's usable.

The whole project looks pretty ghetto with 4 different colors of wood on it and random length spindles but we will clean it up and paint it for the August race. I'm pretty much burned out on this project for now.

Terry as long as we have somewhere to stand and see the track we're good! Thanks for all of your hard work along with everyone else who helped. Wish I lived closer so I could have assisted. See you on Saturday.

P.S. I'll need to pit with you guys if possible. Thanks.

Swung by last night and pulled a few more weeds. Came out easy after the roundup. Still a few more to go. Figured I'd make a list of things to do in case anyone wants to get crackin on a task. Any help is appreciated.

1. Finishing touches on driver's stand (Shelf/spindles/gate on wheelchair area)
2. Clear all debris and leftover scrap out of the way
3. Raise jumps a bit (triple/six pack)
4. Still some weeding to do

For all those who come to race without lifting a finger to maintain the track I put GUILT on you! Enjoy!
