If folks are going to walk around pissing and moaning about a perceived lack of organization, and do absolutely nothing themselves to improve the situation, they deserve to be admonished.

Never would I ever treat an inexperienced racer like that, or a customer who walks in the door, unless of course they start yelling at me.

I certainly expected the assignment to be recalled from round to round, but that old software obviously does not support making a global assignment when an un-id'd transponder shows up at the start of a race.

We should be good on tables and chairs but it couldn't hurt to bring your own and some long extension cords. Jeff has a tent or some tents, I'm not sure what exactly.

We started getting light rain about a half hour ago. It looks like we're supposed to be getting rain all night and a good part of tomorrow. Hopefully it clears off Friday evening like they say. It's so stinkin' cold out though that I'm afraid there won't be much time for evaporation. Maybe if you got a big old bag of sawdust you could bring that, because it is supposed to be nice on Saturday.

Tyler's name and car matched the first race right?, then the second race i announced there was 3 unassigned transponders i tryed match them up, not sure or not if i got them right or wrong, i talked to tlyer and janet and they were cool about it and we said we would just get it right for the next race(main). Not sure what happend in the mains with the computers, but i remember the computer freezing up, right after the first round(blue screen of death) maybe this is when the transponders got unassigned??? Im not sure what didnt get saved when this happend when we had to restart the computer.

Hmm, haven't been on here in a few days.
I saw Jeff had the mower at the shop today so outdoor pit areas should be cut and ready. The track was good and wet with no standing water this afternoon so should be a good racing surface for tomorrow - see you all there!

see what happens when i am not here???? some one makes a mistake and all shit breaks loose...i am not defending pete as i know what to do but if some one does not then i guess he thought he did best he could but its never good enough...and i hope every one just accepts what happens when it happens as there is no back button...its kinda like his first time trying to run whole day and none of my help...i agree he doesnt have to defend like he did but hey he did and theres no back button.....if anyone can help in these situations then just do so ..remeber at my place theres no name calling and its next FRESH race...good luck all..Jeff
