Thanks for your support! Waiting for the sample (2.2mm) from manufacturer, hope will get it within this week! Once checking the screw hole, layout and testing it on track, properly will ship it out at the end of this month! Price will be around 68usd (shipping and PayPal service included).

just found out that German company PSM now offers a 2mm TB7 graphite chassis for roughly 70€ plus shipping. since i'm not allowed to post urls, just google "psmfactory" and it will show up.

website says it's intended for low to medium traction. But still...one more option.

Guys, I think I was one of the first to get the RC Lab Graphite chassis. It will be worth the wait! The fit n finish is excellent. And the guy behind RC Lab is super friendly and nice. Hang in there. worth the wait!

Hmm a few days ago I saw that they have the stiffeners available separately (can't remember for which layout is was).

Now they only have the chassis plate set with A and B stiffeners.

How is the quality so far?

You're right. I unpacked them now and you can build only 2 layouts. Or i'm missing something?

Anyway for 70 bucks its a bargain. In other cases a standalone chassis plate has this price. Didn't expect, that the top decks are included.

Graphite quality and cutting edges are excellent.

If I recall the last time when I checked, the chassis plate was a standalone (I could be wrong and missed seeing the stiffeners listed), and there was a separate product page for the front stiffener of layout A.

Quality looks good!

Any reason you see why they don't recommend using layout C?

I'm considering using those adhesive chassis protection sheets I got from Tamiya, marking and punching the screw holes with a hole puncher.

I see no reason. I wrote PSM, if there are top decks for the 3rd layout available.

For better comparision:

P.S. in the online shop they write under the description - "We do not recommend layout C with this chassis."

PSM told us, that they do not recommend layout C due to too much flex.
They are working on an harder top deck, that layout c will be an option too

Hi Guys,
here is my Evo7 which I used during last weekends challenge.

it was quite competitive, and I was able to run almost the same lap times, which the podium was able to.
unfortunately I could only reach the a main in 8th position, as I started in a "beginners" qualifier, so it was hard to get through the other cars...
In the a mains I was happy to finish in 5th position, as it was not possible to reach the first 3 drivers...

so I know , it is really a good car for black ETS carpet..

SMJ, Red and Blue springs.
3K diff oil ( would have tried 5k or 8k, but had no spare diff available at race)
AE 463cst damper oil
FDR 4.5 (90/50)
